Dear Ms Ryrko and Rallye-Team,

I would first like to thank you personally for the very good advice and on behalf of our team for the well-organized Berlin-Rallye afternoon. Thanks go also to your well-humoured team, because this transferred immediately to the whole group.

The treasure hunt with bikes through Berlin Mitte, the Museums and Scheunenviertel, the small alleys, the cute courtyards as well as the East of Berlin was very suspenseful, exciting and informative. The highlight of the event “Berlin from underneath”, enchanted the team!!! Everyone had a lot of fun!

All the teams discovered Berlin in a playful fashion thanks to the exciting puzzles and exercises. And in the process they got to discover historical attractions and interesting background knowledge about Berlin. The mix of cultural, tourist and culinary highlights complemented each other perfectly!

This assortment of things led straight to our goal! The team work, communication and the mutual getting to know one another provided a nice contrast to the everyday routine of the company.

I would also like to thank you for the pictures attached, which I forwarded straight to our teams. Everybody agrees for you to publish the pictures on your site.

As for the event itself: the trip with the Trabi was totally cool as was the tarp game and photo task, in which at least 4 participants had to have their feet in the air—it was simply brilliant.

Yes, we arrived home safely thanks and let the day wash over nicely us as we travelled home in the train. And on the trip home the last things also got a chance to dry out. 😉

As regards the city tour it doesn’t seem that much more has to be said, except this: whoever is able to take 20 people that have woken up early on a rainy sightseeing tour through the Government District and across Potsdamer Platz, then for three more hours through continuous rain, and then receive the teams at the end, who were totally soaked through but enthused, with a great meal… this person must have organized a really excellent City Tour!! We would like to say a big thank you for this great day!

Thank you very much for the wonderful afternoon and perfectly organized “treasure hunt” through Berlin-Mitte. The tour around the museums as well as through the “Barn Quarter” (2 hours maximum) can only be recommended. The Rallye took us through small laneways and beautiful courts that were very much worth seeing and revealed parts of Berlin that even “real” Berliners do not know about. The questions we found testing, and so perfect for fostering teamwork and communication – and that, after all, is the point of a company excursion.

Dear Ms Ryrko,

We would like to thank you once again for a fantastic weekend in Berlin. Even half a year later our employees still speak – but so do we – with sparks in their eyes about the weekend spent together. Our goal for our company anniversary had been to promote teambuilding and to do so in a way that was as removed as possible from the daily routine of the company.

But we also wanted to thank our employees for their dedication throughout the previous year, so the weekend had also to provide a dose of entertainment that afforded pure pleasure and enjoyment. You achieved this combination perfectly. It is also worth mentioning that, in addition to the actual Berlin Rallye itself, you took care of the organization for the entire weekend, including the choice of hotel and airport transfers.

As we only know Berlin only in part, we were fully reliant on your advice and support. The highlight of the weekend was without doubt the Berlin Rallye, into which you even included a circular flight. Personally – but I know that it was the same for our many employees – I particularly enjoyed the sites (the Reichstag, the boat cruise, the out-of-the-way courtyards, the radio tower, the insider-restaurants and beach bars, etc. …) that were part of your Berlin Rallye.

Though I had already been to Berlin a few times, many of the sites we visited were not known to me. The cultural, tourist, and culinary highlights complemented each other very well. So once again I would like on behalf of E+A to thank you and your team for looking after us with such warmth and hospitality. And your flexibility makes Berlin Rallye just as attractive for private persons who would like to get to know Berlin through the eyes of a real Berliner.

From the outset we felt we were in good hands: from the bespoke planning, which was discussed in a private meeting, to the suggestions as to locations and sights to see in Berlin, including the pre-visit of locations and the team – everything was laid out before us.

Despite the huge, last-minute time change (approx. 2 hours before the planned start) the team came up with a very professional ‘emergency solution’.

The day was a complete success. We were able to bring our guests from outside Berlin closer to the city, what is more in an unusual and very enjoyable way. Even the true-blue Berliners were able to learn a thing or two more. It is in all honesty that we can claim, in the evening – or rather in the early morning hours – to have been extremely happy when collapsing in our beds.

The afternoon through Berlin was very exciting for us all and we had a lot of fun! Also for Berliners and „long-term-newcomers“ like us it was exciting, there was much new to discover. Not even the cold weather could spoil our mood!

Dear Berlin Rally Team,

In October 2019 you helped us to implement our employee scavenger hunt through Berlin. As part of the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, we decided on the “Berlin Wall Rally”.

Thank you for the great organization. We really had a nice day and received positive feedback from all of our colleagues. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. In the end everyone was happy about the photos, certificates and trophies. This experience brought us even closer together as a team.

The routes and tasks were well thought out and informative and best of all: we got around Berlin a lot and looked at places in the city that were directly related to the wall ? The rally was a successful attunement to the anniversary of the fall of the wall in our city and also to our blue-white campaign and events related to the fall of the Berlin Wall.
