Weather and Outdoors
If there is danger for the participants due to bad weather, the organiser must offer the customer an alternative date for a Berlin Rallye. Should the customer not be able to attend this date, he will be refunded the amount paid by the organiser after providing his bank details.
Payment, Rebooking, Cancellation Open Rallye
As soon as the customer has made the booking, he/she will receive a confirmation with a confirmation number and the invoice from the organiser. Only when the customer has paid the invoice amount is he entitled to participate in the booked Rallye. If a gift voucher has been ordered by the customer, it will be sent to him/her by post as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to the organiser. Rebooking requests can be considered up to three days before the event.
Payment, Rebooking, Cancellation Group Bookings
If the event is cancelled after confirmation, the organiser will charge a compensation amount of € 200.00 for the work already done. For cancellations 21 working days or more before the event, the following cancellation charges will also apply: up to 14 working days beforehand 25% of the total amount, up to 7 working days beforehand 50% of the total amount, up to 3 working days beforehand 75% of the total amount. Thereafter, the full amount, namely 100% of the total amount, is payable. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer after providing his bank details. The decisive point in time for a cancellation is the receipt of a notice of withdrawal by the organiser. The cancellation can be made by e-mail or registered letter. The rebooking of the Rallye to another date can only be made as a withdrawal and subsequent new conclusion of a contract or booking, unless the service provider offers a more convenient possibility for the customer.
Changes and Cancellations by the organiser (Berlin Rallye)
Although rare, the organiser or its service providers may be forced by force majeure to change or even completely cancel a booking even after the desired services have been confirmed. In this case, the organiser regrettably cannot reimburse the client unless its service providers in turn reimburse the organiser. Also, the organiser cannot pay any compensation, reimburse any losses or expenses incurred by the client as a result of the changes or cancellations. The organiser will use its best endeavours to offer alternative arrangements to the client, but the client will be liable for any costs incurred and/or additional costs arising from such alternative arrangements.
Data Protection
The booking order is processed in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. The collected, processed and stored data will be used exclusively for our own purposes and for the purpose of processing the contracts that have been concluded. The data will not be passed on to outside third parties unless there is a legal or officially ordered obligation to do so. The place of jurisdiction and fulfilment for any disputes or differences arising from the agreement is the seat of Berlin Rallye, Germany. Place of jurisdiction for all business correspondence with business people, corporate bodies under public law and corporate bodies under private law shall be the seat of Silvia Maria Ryrko, Berlin Rallye.

Dear Mrs. Ryrko,a very big thank you at this point from us Storckies for your sympathetic and professional effort :0) Everything worked out wonderfully, everyone is happy and satisfied! Thank you also for the "candy" - we will take a look at the photos when we have some peace again.Thank you again and your team and you all the best! Armida Umilietti
The very lovingly prepared city rally allowed our international guests to get to know the heart of Berlin from a completely different side. Exciting tasks and puzzles, which had to be solved in backyards and side streets, gave our group again and again new perspectives, so that they took away a very positive impression of Berlin. Thanks to Silvia and her team, especially for their flexibility!
What counts as bad weather? Bad weather is relative and depends more so on your clothing and equipment (bring an umbrella!) than on personal attitudes. To us objectively bad weather is when the activities have become dangerous because of thunderstorms for example. In such cases you can either postpone or cancel the Rallye. Participate in the next Rallye or get your money back – it’s up to you!
How fit must participants be? Not a bit! We assure you that no high-level sports performances are required! The most important thing is to have fun guessing, questioning, testing yourself, making up rhymes, combining concepts and learning.
With Berlin Rallye you explore the breathtaking city of Berlin in small teams in a playful and fun way. Equipped with a tour book full of tricky questions, puzzles and tasks as well as a city map, you will be guided from one sight to the next and thus discover Berlin with all its facets of culture, architecture and history in a playful way.
